Introduction

A yummy blend of garlic, spinach and pasta! A yummy blend of garlic, spinach and pasta!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 T. olive oil
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1.5 T. parmesan cheese
    12 oz. whole wheat penne pasta

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. While pasta cooks, saute garlic in olive oil.
4. Toss cooked pasta with garlic mixture, spinach and half the mozzarella.
5. Put in 2.5 quart casserole or 13x9 baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
6. Bake, uncovered for 15-20 min. or until cheese is melted.
