    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    Wild Rice
    Slivered Almonds
    Green Onion (chopped)
    Mandarin Oranges Segmeted and chut in half(cuties)
    Kale (Shredded)
    Dijon Mustard
    Cilantro (chopped)
    White Balsamic Vinegar
    Pineapple Juice
    Orange Juice


Preheat oven to 350. On baking sheet roast almond slivers until lightly browned (set aside to cool). Peel and devien shrimp rubb with crushed red pepper flakes and S&P if desired, place on baking sheet in 350 degree oven and cook for 10minutes flipping once; 5 minutes per side (allow to cool). Boil rice according to instructions, allow to cool. In a big mixing bowl add cooled rice, shrimp, almonds, chopped green onion, mandarin oranges and shredded kale and cilantro. In blender mix: Dijon mustard, pineapple & orange Juice, Garlic, S&P and vinegar, slowly add in oil. Add dressing to rice and mix all together.
