    red cabbage
    pistacio nuts
    lime juice
    rice wine vinegar
    olive oil
    salt & pepper


Thinly shave the red cabbage, Slice mangos, scallions, and cucumbers. Toast the pistacios and allow to cool.

In a blender add the lime juice, vinegar, honeny, shallots, olive oil,and a dash of salt and pepper then blend.

Mix your sliced fruits and vegetables with the nuts and dressing and allow to chill for 30 minutes to allow the cabbage to wilt
