    1 lb venison soup meat
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup diced celery
    1 lb bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup black beans
    1 cup frozen okra
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 quart home prepared stock


saute venison onions and celery. add broth tomatoes, sauce and stock. bring to boil and add vegetables. Simmer 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes about 12 1 cup servings
