Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (fish), 1 fillet
    Dill weed, fresh, 1/2 cup sprigs
    *Lemon Juice, 1/2 cup
    Light Cream, 1/4 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/4 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp


Directions

For fish: lightly grease pan with butter underneath fish. Use extra butter on top.
Pour 3/4 of the lemon juice over fish
Sprinkle with dill
Cook at 325 degrees until fork tender and flaky
For mousse: Whisk together remaining lemon juice, sour cream, and light cream untill frothy and mousse like
