    8 lasgne noodles
    3/4 c ricotta
    14 oz part skim low moisture mozzerella
    1/3 c parmasan
    ripe slicing tomatoes
    fresh basil
    1 egg

    olive oil
    big can crushed tomatoes
    1/3 diced onion


original recipe said I would get 8 pieces but my cheese layer was thick so got only 5. So you can control the size/calories by creating more servings, but it was my first time with this recipe.


preheat oven to 350
boil your noodles. drain but don't rinse

In separate bowl combine egg white and ricotta, then stir in most of mozzarella and parm; add pepper to taste. spread on noodles, sprinkle basil and place about 4 tomatoes slices along the length, roll up.

In the bowl pour in a tbsp of olive oil, your chopped onions, garlic tomato. mix and pour into pan saving some for the top of rolls. put in your rolls top with a little sauce and leftover cheese. Bake 30 min.
