Whole Wheat & Black Bean Burrito Whole Wheat & Black Bean Burrito

    4 whole wheat tortillas
    1 can Rosarita Refried Black Beans
    4 tbsp Diced Onion
    4 tbsp Salsa (any) I use La Victoria Thick 'n chuncky salsa verde Mild
    4 tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 tsp Lite Sour Cream


Great with a side of Spanish Rice made with Brown Rice.


lay out tortillas, put a 1/4 can of beans in the center of each, put 1 tbsp onion on the beans, add 1 tbsp Salsa, add 1 tbs Cheese, add 1 tsp Sour Cream.
Roll up, put each on a plate cover with paper towel and heat each for 60-90 Seconds on High in the Mircrowave

Serving Size: Makes 4 8" Burritos
