Ingredients

    Red Lentils
    Brown Rice
    Eggwhites
    Flax Meal
    Cumin
    Garlic
    Cilantro
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Soy Sauce
    Lemon Juice
    Red And green Peppers
    Onion
    Olive Oil

Directions

Cook red lentils and brown rice according to instructions. Mix them together in a bowl and set aside. In a skillet on medium high heat, add the olive oil, garlic, onion, red and green peppers and sautee until tender (10mins+/-). Add sauteed vegetable to rice and lentils, then add flaxmeal, cumin, crused red pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, eggwhites. Mix together and form into patties. You can bake them in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly brown or pan sear them (flipping 1x) unti light brown.
