    Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (remove)
    *brown sugar, light, pure cane, 0.333 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.666 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    *HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, .6666 cup (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .6666 cup (remove)
    *Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips, 4 oz (remove)


Pre heat oven to 350.

For butter cookie dough
Cream in 1 cup unsalted butter with brown and granulated sugar.
add in the egg and vanilla and cream further.
mix 2 cups of flour with salt and baking soda, add to creamed butter, one cup at a time and combine....
next add in the oats, cranberries and chocolate chips and mix in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool batter....
place rounded tablespoons on to baking pan with parchment paper...bake for 12 to 13 minutes...edges should be brown...
let cool and enjoy....
