    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 1.5 cup, diced (remove


Cook rice according directions; let chill. Chop all veggies and pork; add Braggs (or soy sauce)--marinate for at least an hour.

Use half of veggie mixture to fill 5 wontons for fried egg rolls. Heat 1T sesame oil in large skillet; fry veggies until crisp tender, add rice & heat through. Serves 4
