    2 egg whites
    4 tbsp skim milk
    2 tbsp oat bran (use 1.5 during the attack phase)
    1 tbsp splenda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    a few drops of vanilla-butter flavoring


Beat the egg whites thoroughly. Add the milk and splenda, and mix. Add the oat bran, baking powder and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Pour into a large mug, or several small muffin molds. It rises a lot, and will spill if you fill more than the half of the mug or the molds. Put in the highest setting of the microwave for 3 minutes. Enjoy! :)

Serving Size: Makes one large muffin, or several small muffins to carry around through the day.
