    2 cups pumpkin
    6 large eggs
    1/2 cup cream cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup Just Like Brown Sugar
    1 TBS vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 dropper full of stevia glycerite
    3 cups blanched almond flour
    2 TBS coconut flour
    1/2 cup chopped pecans


This bread has 3.6 grams of effective carbs per serving.
Bread will be very moist. Tastes even better the next day.


Preheat oven to 350. Line bottom of two aluminum loaf pans with parchment. Grease sides.

Cream butter and cream cheese. Slowly add 1 egg at a time. Then add pumpkin and mix.
Add almond, coconut flour, salt, baking soda.
Mix very well. Lastly, add vanilla and chopped pecans.

Divide evenly between both pans. Bake for 40 minutes and then cover with aluminum foil for the last 30 minutes. When a butter knife comes out clean its done.

Cool slightly, then remove from pans. Finish cooling. Slice and eat.

Serving Size: Two aluminum loaf pans. Cut each into 10 slices. 20 Servings
