    2- Cups crushed pretzels
    3/4 -cup melted butter
    1- T Sugar, Plus 1/4 Cup Sugar
    1- 8 ounce package lite or neufchatel cream cheese
    1- 8 ounce package sugar free whipped topping
    2 -3 ounce packages strawberry gelatin
    2- cups boiling water
    1- 16 ounce package unsweetened frozen strawberries
    1- Cup + 2 T Splenda for baking(or to taste)


Preheat oven to 400
The evening before making'
Coarsely chop the
thawed strawberries and any liquid that come in the package with the amount of splenda that suits your taste. ( I used about 1/2 C of splenda) Let this mixture sit in fridge overnight.
For the crust, mix pretzels, butter, 1T sugar, 2 T splenda. Press into a 9x13" pan. Bake 7 min. Set aside to cool.
Beat together room temperature cream cheese, 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 C Splenda. Fold in Whipped topping and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until chilled.
Dissolve gelatin in 2 C boiling water and cool slightly. Add splenda sweetened strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese mixture and chill until service.
