Ingredients

For Chicken:
1 pound chicken tenders
2 ounces of Baked Doritos, crushed
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
For Sauce:
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
Makes 2 Servings
For the Chicken:
Preheat Oven to 375, coat a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with Pam
Crush Doritos in a large freezer bag
Spray chicken with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter to coat both sides
Place chicken in freezer bag and shake to coat evenly (crush up a few chips if you need more...they're not that bad for you :-)
Bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear
For the Sauce:
Add tomato sauce to small saucepan over medium heat
Add lemon juice, tabasco sauce, chili pepper, black pepper, and italian seasoning.
Stir, bring to a boil, then reduce heat until chicken is ready to come out of the oven.
Enjoy!
