Ingredients

Dough...
2-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2-1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
1 cup Warm Water
Topping...
1/2 cup Warm water
2 Tbsp Baking soda
Coarse, kosher or pretzel salt
3 Tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
Directions
*Place all of the dough ingredients into a bowl, and beat till well-combined. Knead dough for about 5 minutes, till it's soft, smoth, and quite slack.
*Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow it to rest for 30 minutes and preheat the Mini Soft Pretzel Maker.
*Spray the Mini Soft Pretzels Maker's cooking surface with vegetable oil spray.
*After a half hour, transfer the dough to a lightly greased work surface, and divide it into eight equal pieces, and allow the pieces to rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
*While the dough is resting, combine the 1/2 cup warm water and baking soda, and place it in a shallow bowl.
*Roll each piece of dough into a long, thin rope and form them into a pretzel shape that will fit in the pretzel maker.
*Sprinkle them lightly with coarse, kosher, or pretzel salt and allow them to rest, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
*Place the soft pretzel dough in the Mini Soft Pretzels Maker and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until they're golden brown.
*Carefully remove golden brown mini soft pretzels from the hot surface.
