    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    white vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Corn Starch, 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1/8 tsp

    Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    Tofu, firm, .75 block
    2 Carrots cut into thick matchsticks
    Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, .25 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove coarsely chopped
    White Wine, 2 fl oz
    Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 leaves cut into strips


Make up the sauce in a small bowl, and set aside.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add tofu. Cook about 5 minutes, making sure it stays moist.

Add carrots, and saute another 2 min.

Add broth and allow to steam 1 min.

Add broccoli and garlic.

When liquid is absorbed, add white wine.

Once wine disappears, add bean sprouts and sauce. You can move the other items to the outside of the pan, and allow the sauce to cook on its own with the sprouts for a minute.

Toss everything together, and add the cabbage.

Cook 2 minutes more.

Serve over brown rice.
