    4 cups egg beaters
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    1 table spoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1.5 shave Parmesan cheese
    4 cups spinach
    1 onion
    2 tables spoons garlic
    4 slices bacon


Cut bacon into bits and then cook bacon in skillet i\until crisp, then add onions cook until translucent, then add garlic and spinach. In a separate bowl mix egg beater, butter, milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Pour egg beater mixture in 12 x 8 pan, then add spinach mixture in the pan on top of egg mixture, then sprinkle feta cheese over top. Cook at 425 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. It will raise so be careful.

Serving Size: 12 2 inch pieces
