    1 cup dry lentils
    1.5 cups shredded sweet potato
    1 cup oats
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups chopped raw cabbage
    4 Tbsp teriyaki marinade
    1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
    red pepper flakes
    ground ginger


Cook lentils and sweet potatoes in 2.75 cups of water for 30 to 40 minutes until liquid is absorbed. While they are cooking saute onion and cabbage in water until transparent. When lentils are done add cabbage/onion mixture, oats and marinade and mix. Spice to taste and put in basic loaf pan coated in none stick spray. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
