    1 cup Bisquick
    2 T buttermilk powder
    1 T brown sugar
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 egg
    1 t vanilla extract


Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Lightly beat the egg, add the almond milk and vanilla and combine well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Allow batter to stand 10-15 minutes. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a heated griddle. Cook 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the cakes and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until second side is golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 6 4 inch pancakes
