    4 boneless/ skinless chicken breasts split in half
    8 oz part skim milk ricotta cheese
    1 cup shredded fresh spinach
    1 of garlic minced
    1 can Amy's Kitchen Organic Light Sodium Chunky Tomato Bisque
    1 teaspoon of ground oregano
    1 teaspoon of ground cayenne
    1 cup of water


Lay out 8 strips of chicken breast in a pan. In a medium bowl mix together ricotta cheese and spinach. place stuffing mixture on chicken breast and roll chicken around mixture. Place in oven at 350 for 45 mins.
In a skillet mix minced garlic, 1 can of Amy's tomato bisque, oregano, cayenne and water. Allow sauce to simmer on low and thicken. When chicken is done, pull from oven and pour sauce over chicken and serve.
