Ingredients

    2 cans chunk light tuna packed in water.
    Do not drain
    2/3 cup TVP
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    3 1/2 Tbs fat free mayonnaise
    1 tsp celery seed
    salt
    pepper

Tips

I tried this and was skeptic of the TVP.
It was very good and much lower in calories.


Directions

Mix tuna, liquid from can and TVP. Let sit.
Chop 2 stalks finely chopped celery and add to tuna and
Mix in 1/4 cup (or less) apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Adjust seasonings and serve chilled.
