Introduction

A yummy fajita for those watching carbs. A yummy fajita for those watching carbs.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast cut into strips
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 onion, sliced thin
    4 oz shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp butter
    sour cream (optional and not included in nutritional info)

Tips

I used an organic, whole milk cheese for this recipe. You can sure substitute your favorite cheese instead.


Directions

Heat 1 Tbsp butter in skillet. Saute' veggies until soft and tender. Remove from heat. Add remaining butter and cook chicken until brown and no longer pink in the middle. Add veggies into skillet with chicken and heat until warm. Serve on plate and top with shredded cheese.
