    2 lbs sprouts, trimmed and halved
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Toss sprouts with remaining ingredients, spread in a single layer on a rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 400* for 30-45 minutes (until sprouts are browned and outer leaves are crispy)
