    1 T. Coconut flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    Pinch salt
    1 extra large egg
    2T. Coconut milk
    1 tsp. olive oil


Put dry ingredients in bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Mix with dry ingredients with whisk, let rest for 1 minute. Grease to straight side mugs divide batter into the two mugs. Microwave 65 seconds. Turn out bread onto counter to cool. Slice each bread into two slices. Put in toaster until lightly browned. Herat 1 T. Butter in skillet. Arrange sliced cheese on each bread slice and put in butter to cook for a minute until cheese is melted. Add cooked bacon and avocado slice to sandwich.
