Chicken & Broccoli with Bowtie Pasta

1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, divided
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 small red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup reduced fat free chicken broth
4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, room temp, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup reduced fat milk
2 cups cooked bowtie pasta ( can use wheat pasta for less calories)
I got this off the Mrs. Dash website and had it last night. It was really good someone also suggested adding peas or mushrooms to it I will try that next time. If doesn't have much favor you may want to add some pepper to taste. make sure you cook the pasta ahead of time or while making the other part of the dish.
2) Add broccoli,red pepper, remaining Mrs Dash and broth to skillet. Cook in covered pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 mins or until broccoli is crisp-tender stirring occansionally.
3) Add cream cheese and milk to chicken mixture and stir until creamy. Remove from heat and add cooked pasta to chicken mixture and serve.
