Introduction

Southern style Salmon Croquets fried in the oven. Southern style Salmon Croquets fried in the oven.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon (bones & skin removed)
    2 tbsp chopped chives
    2 tbsp chopped onions
    1 large Egg
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Tony Chachere's Seasoning
    1/4 cup CornMeal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spray 9 x 12 baking dish w/cooking spray.
Scoop out salmon mixture, shape into pattie and place in baking dish.
Bake about 15 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip and cook on other side.
