Ingredients

    2 cans of petite diced tomatos
    2 cans of chicken broth
    3/4 cup of wild rice (uncooked - it becomes 3 cups when cooked)
    3/4 cup of brown rice (uncooked - it becomes 3 cups when cooked) ****DO NOT USE QUICK OR INSTANT RICE!!!!****
    approx 12 oz of chicken (I used Great Value Quickly Frozen)

Tips

Add any spices you wish.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook. You might have to add water if you prefer if thinner.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
