    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 0.5 cup chopped
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 ounce, chopped
    salt,pepper,turmeric, onion and garlic powder


Combine all the ingredients except oil. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add the mixture cook for about 8 mins one side and turn it and cook for 2 more mins cut in pieces and serve.
