Ruth's Baked Potato wedges
2 Med. white baking potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Diet Margarine
I like to also add 1 Tbsp. Diet Sour Cream or ranch dressing on top. You can also add shredded cheese of your choice and microwave an additional 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Adjust calorie count according to what you add.
