Ingredients

    1 lb ground chuck
    1/2 c barbecue sauce
    10 - Pillsbury biscuits (or cressant rolls)
    3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook meet and drain. Add bbq sauce and let simmer to blend taste. set aside.

Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 10 muffin cups (cupcake pan). Press dough up sides to the edge of each cup. spoon the meat mixture int each cup. Sprinkle each one with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minute until the crust is golden brown.
