    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    16 oz cream of chicken soup
    2 cups minute rice, brown
    2 cups water
    1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Grease glass 2 qt cake pan
3) chop broccoli
4) mix in pan cream of chicken soup, rice, water, broccoli and 1 1/2 cups cheese
5) smooth evenly in dish
6) place chicken on top of mixture
7) season with whatever spices you like
8) around chicken put the remaining cheese, but not on chicken
9) place in oven, do not cover, bake for 25 minutes
10) chicken should be fully cooked, broccoli cheese rice mixture should be creamy.

Serving Size: 1 breast of chicken and 1/4 for broccoli and rice mixture
