    1 small onion
    1/4 cup butter
    2/3 cup flour
    1 1/2 cups milk
    4-5 cups diced cooked chicken
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 can corn
    1 can green beans
    1 cup cooked carrots diced
    1/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
    1/4 tsp. pepper (to taste)
    8 - 10 pillsbury bisquits ( to eat with or put filling on top of)


use a pre-made rotisserie chicken for the meat to save time.
Also can use fresh veggies and cook them yourself.
Can use any type of milk depending on how lean you are trying to make the dish.


cook veggies if using fresh
cook and cut up chicken

Melt butter in pot
add onion and cook until translucent
add flour cook 3 to 4 minutes
add pepper to pot
add broth slowly
add milk slowly
stir well
add chicken
add veggies
cook on medium stirring constantly until thick.

cook bisquits

server warm with bisquits on the side or pot pie on top of bisquits.
