    1 Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless)
    1 Bag Bird's Eye Asparagus Stir-Fry Vegetables
    1 Pack Ramen Noodles (don't use flavor packet)
    4 Tbsp Duck Sauce
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil


I don't use the season packet in Ramen noodles, but it is included in the nutritional information. You can substitute other veggies for a change, but need to calculate difference in calories.


Cook Ramen noodles al dente. While noodles are cooking cube chicken and cook in pan with a tbsp olive oil. Add bag of frozen vegetables and duck sauce. 30Add noodles, let steam for a approx 15 - 20 minutes for flavors to mix.
