    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup strawberries
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    2 tsp splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract


mix egg beaters, splenda and vanilla extract.
Spray medium size frying pan
pour batter in pan and cook until brown, flip and continue to cook until brown. The crepe should be thin.
transfer to dish, top one side with sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
Fold over
Microwave for 2 minutes
