    2 baked potatoes (about 4" long)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup 1% milk (if needed)
    2 whole chives, chopped
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 clove garlic


Bake potatoes for about 45 minutes.
Cut in half and remove inards from potatoes into a bowl.
Add sour cream, chives, garlic and milk if potatoes are too dry. Mix and smash together.
Fill potatoe halves with mixture and top each with a bit of cheddar cheese.
Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.

    I loved this and so did my husband. I didn't have any chives so used sliced green onion instead. Was easy and delish! Thanks - 11/24/09
