    0.85 cups (1/4 + 2/3) Corn Flour (99.45 g)
    0.25 cups (1/4) Corn Starch (32 g)
    1 Tbsp (0.0625 cups) Guar Gum (7.1 g)
    0.25 (1/4 cup) Potato Starch (48.4 g)
    0.5 (1/2 cup) Psyllium Husks (48 g)
    0.85 cups (1/4 + 2/3) Rice Flour, Brown (134.3 g)
    0.25 cups (1/4) Rice Flour, White (39.5 g)
    1.5 cups Sorghum Flour (181.5 g)
    0.5 (1/2 cup) Soy Flour, Low Fat (44 g)
    0.85 cups (1/4 + 2/3) Tapioca Starch (96.32 g)
    1 tsp (0.02 cups) Xanthan Gum (3 g)
    1 cup Coconut, Dried, Unsweetened (120 g)


Makes (by weight) about 948.57 grams (7.88 cups). Using weight to measure is more accurate when using GF flour.


Combine all ingredients. Can be whisked, put through fine strainer, or whatever is necessary to eliminate lumps. Store in fridge to keep nuts fresh.

Mix well before using.
Use as ingredient in baked goods or as coating for poultry or meats.
