Ingredients

    Ground beef. lean
    tomato sauce
    red bell peppers
    onion
    mushrooms sliced
    chicken broth
    corn starch
    cayenne to taste
    poultry seasoning
    oregano
    sea salt



Tips

I like spicy foods add the seasoning to your own taste. This makes it nice for a low sodium meal as well.


Directions

Mix corn starch and chicken broth and sliced mushrooms
put in the bottom of a 2 qt. crock pot.
gently cook diced onions
Mix all ingredients and stuff into cleaned out peppers.
They will be filled and mounded.
