    Whole wheat Egg Noodles, enriched, 10 oz
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1.5 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim
    *Flour, white, .2 tbsp
    *Margarine, soft, 2 tsp


Boil water for pasta.
Cook pasta, then drain.
Saute vegetables, till cooked, then add shrimp.
Once cooked, remove from pan.
Add margarine to pan and melt. Slowly add flour until totally cooked through.
Add milk little by little until fully incorporated. Once thickened add shrimp and vegatables. Heat throught for 2 minutes, till coated.
Serve over pasta.
