    8 oz. Barilla Plus pasta, angel hair/spaghetti
    4 large carrots, thinly sliced (matchstick works too)
    2 tbsp. butter (salted in Nutrition info)
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, bite sized pieces or slices
    1/4 cup purchased pesto


1. Cook pasta according to package.
2. Cook carrots in 1 tbsp. melted butter over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until no pink remains. Add pesto and toss.
3. Drain pasta and return to pan, do not rinse. Toss with remaining 1 tbsp butter and parmesan cheese. Serve with chicken, black pepper and salt to taste.

4 servings of 1 chicken breast half and about 150 g pasta.
