Number of Servings: 8


    Chopped cauliflower, one medium head, approximately 5 cups
    One cup uncooked millet (will equal 4 cups cooked)
    One box of gluten free cream of mushroom soup
    6 cups water or veggie broth


Chop the cauliflower, place with millet, broth or water in pot covered. Cok on medium low for 10 minutes, stir. Cook for remainder of time uncovered until desired consistency. Stir often as gets cooked down and dry. Add mushroom soup and continue to stir, cook until desired consistency.
