    1 thick boneless pork chop (cut into strips)
    1 cup green pepper (cut into strips)
    1 cup yellow pepper (cut into strips)
    1/2 cup red onion (cut into strips)
    1 cup brocolli florets
    2 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 tbsp corn startch
    1/4 cup water


good to put on top of bed of rice.


1. cut boneless pork into strips.
2. Mix together in bowl apple cider vinegar, soysauce, sugar and ginger.
3. Mix pork into mixture and put to side.
4. in large pan put in 1 tbsp of oil, green pepper, yellow pepper, onion and brocolli.
5. cook until peppers and brocolli are slightly soft.
6. remove vegetables and place in a bowl. add 1 tbsp of oil to pan and put sliced porkchop in pan and cook until done.
7. add rest of marinade.
8. mix cornstartch and water and put into pan to thicken sauce.
9. add cooked vegetables and simmer for about 2 min.
