Ingredients

    2 cans mixed vegis
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 T ground thyme
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic salt

    1 frozen pie crust

Directions

preheat oven 375 degrees
grease round casserole dish
in med. bowl combine all ingredients except pie crust.
pour into casserole
top with crust
bake for 30 min. or until top is golden brown.

serves 8 - enjoy!
