    Heat oven to 400 F
    Combine together:
    1/2 Cup flour
    1 Tbsp white sugar
    Dash of salt
    2 TBSP ground flax seed (optional)

    In separate bowl - combine
    2 large eggs
    1/2 Cup Soy Milk - fat free

    Place 1 TBSP butter/margarine in pie plate and put in oven to melt

    1/2 Cup frozen / fresh blue berries / apple slices


To add 2 TBSP ground flax add 70 Calories to total

Total calories: 679 or 609 w/o flax seed


Follow directions in ingredient list.

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix well

Pour into pie plate after butter is melted
Add 1/2 Cup fruit

Bake for 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: 1 9" pie plate - 1 serving = 1/4
