Ingredients

    1 lb dry Rotini
    2 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese
    1 cup Chedder shredded cheese
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (room temp)
    2 cup Heavy Whipping cream
    1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

Preheat Oven 350degrees. Spray nonstick spray in a 13x9 casserole dish Bring a Large pot of water to boil. Add Rotini, cook al dente. In a medium sauce pan
add butter, heavy whipping cream, & milk to a low simmer. Once ingrediants are combined slowly start stirring in 1 cup Italin Blend & 1 cup chedder until a smooth cheese sauce. (reserve 1 cup Italian blend for topping off cassereole dish) . Drain Rotini & place back into large pot. Slowly start pouring sauce over cooked pasta, making sure it is completely coated. Transfer cheesy pasta to cassrole dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-35 minutes until top is golden brown & bubbly. let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
