    1 T olive oil
    2 raw carrots, shredded
    1 c shredded bell pepper
    1 med raw onion, finely diced
    3 t Bragg's amino acids
    1.5 cup snow peas or Edamame
    2 c. cold, cooked brown rice


It really helps me to make a double batch of rice when I cook, then save half for another day.
Heat oil in medium hot skillet, add carrots, bell pepper and onion, stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add Bragg's, peas and cold rice.
Heat through for about 5 minutes.
This is also great with added Tofu, bean sprouts, water chestnuts or celery.
