    1 cup of quinoa, raw
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    1 med onion diced
    2 cups of lentiles cooked and drained


cook quinoa according to package directions.
in nonstick skillet add oil and saute onion until tender.
Add lentils and cooked quinoa and mix together. Cook from 5-7 minutes and serve.
