    1c Sugar
    1c Peanut Butter (creamy or chucky, whichever you prefer)
    1 large egg
    1tsp Vanilla


Adjust cooking time to work best for your oven. Oven times vary.

Also, if the dough seems to liquid-y, add a little more sugar. Some PBs are more oily than others and sometimes eggs are larger than others. Dough should not be super wet.


Mix all together. Roll a spoonful into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Using a fork, press down on each ball vertically, then crossing horizontally for decor. Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes, depending on preference for chewy to crispy cookies. Please
