My husband and I love friend cabbage My husband and I love friend cabbage
Number of Servings: 1


    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) cut up
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product) sliced
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp


Slice bacon into strips and cook in skillet until brown, drain some fat off. Slice cabbage, onion and green pepper, add to skillet with bacon. Add in black pepper. Cook until cabbage is wilted to you desire. (we like ours still a little crunchy). Turn off skillet and serve.
