    1Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Lg Onion
    2 Tbsp Garlic
    2 Lg eggs, beaten lightly
    1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 & 1/2 Lbs Ground Turkey (Italian Seasoned tastes best)
    1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1 Cup Ketchup, divided
    Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Thyme, Parsley, & Basil to taste.


1) Saute onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes in olive oil until soft, golden brown.

2) Whisk eggs and herbs in lg bowl. Add meat, bread crumbs, cheese, 1/2 cup ketchup, and onion mix.

3) Mold meatloaf on baking sheet with foil.

4) Whisk remaining ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes and brush over loaf.

5) Bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Let rest 10 min before cutting.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings.
