    1 stick Butter, salted
    2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tbsp Cloves, ground
    0.50 tbsp Ginger, ground
    7.35 mL Orange Juice
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.50 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.75 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    2 serving Orange Zest - of 1 orange
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.13 cup Sorghum


Use as little flour as possible to roll the cookies.


Cream butter, add sugars and egg after it is fluffy add spices, orange zest and juice(mixed), and corn syrup mix well. Add flour and mix well. Put in a plastic bag to chill.
Roll thin about 1/16 of an inch. Cut in diamonds with a pizza cutter. Bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 45 thin rolled cookies
